To register an account on phhug, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are required to keep this information up to date throughout the duration of your account. phhug reserves the right to suspend any account where the registration information is found to be false, inaccurate, or misleading.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) phhug account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where phhug identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — whether through shared device identifiers, IP addresses, payment methods, or identity documentation — it reserves the right to consolidate or close duplicate accounts, void bonus winnings derived from duplicate accounts, and suspend all associated accounts pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phhug login credentials. You agree to: (a) select a strong, unique password for your phhug account; (b) enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available; (c) not share your login credentials with any third party; (d) notify phhug immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. phhug will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain appropriate credential security.
phhug is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) procedures in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. KYC verification is mandatory before processing your first withdrawal. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.
Deposits to your phhug account may be made via the supported payment methods listed on the Platform, which include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso. phhug does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which phhug accepts no responsibility. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; (c) the minimum withdrawal amount of ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible. phhug aims to process GCash withdrawals within 1–4 hours and bank transfer withdrawals within 1–24 hours of approval. These timelines are indicative only and may be affected by banking procedures, public holidays, or technical factors outside phhug's control.
phhug employs fraud detection systems to identify suspicious deposit and withdrawal patterns. phhug reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse withdrawal requests pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Where fraud is confirmed, phhug will forfeit the relevant funds and may report the matter to appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.
Each game available on phhug is governed by its individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay outcomes. phhug does not guarantee the availability of any specific game at any time, and game titles may be added, modified, or removed from the Platform without prior notice.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or disconnection during a game round, phhug will make all reasonable efforts to honor game outcomes where verifiable round data exists. Where a game round cannot be reconstructed due to a technical failure, the wager for that round will be returned to the Player's account. phhug's decision on disputed game outcomes is final subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined below.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. phhug reserves the right to adjust bet limits at its discretion and without notice. Players who attempt to circumvent bet limit controls through coordinated play or other means may have their accounts suspended.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by phhug are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time each promotion is offered. Where no specific terms are stated, the general bonus terms in this section apply. Bonuses are credited in good faith to Players' accounts and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except through proper wagering completion.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount) will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute toward bonus wagering requirements. phhug publishes game contribution percentages for wagering requirements in the bonus terms of each promotion.
phhug takes bonus integrity seriously. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, employing low-risk wagering strategies designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine play, colluding with other Players to exploit promotional mechanics, and making deposit and withdrawal patterns designed to exploit bonus offers. phhug reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to suspend accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phhug Platform:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phhug's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. phhug shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, or consequential loss; (b) loss of profits or gaming winnings arising from Platform unavailability; (c) loss arising from unauthorized access to your account where you failed to maintain credential security; (d) technical failures caused by third-party services including payment processors and internet service providers.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. phhug does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
phhug collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. phhug implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. phhug does not sell or rent personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phhug Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and phhug. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
To initiate a formal dispute, contact phhug Support at [email protected] with a written description of your complaint, your account details, and the resolution you are seeking. phhug will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
phhug reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting phhug Support.
